Shipping policy

We will process your order in a rapid manner. We do our utmost to deliver your PENDA package within five (5) business days after your order confirmation.  Items that are only available on a pre-order basis can take up to five (5) weeks for delivery.

However, please understand that this delivery period is purely indicative and that we cannot give any guarantees in this respect. Please note that you can return a product within 14 days after delivery. The following return restrictions apply:

We do not accept returns on products showing any signs of use (including, but not limited to: stains, streaks, tears, odors, etc.).

Consumers cannot exercise their right of return in case of made-to-measure.
