No. You can register on our website if you like, but it’s not necessary.

02. I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

Go to ‘login’ on the home page and click on ‘forgot your password?’. Enter your e-mail address in the empty field. A new password will then be e-mailed to you.

03. How can I change my personal data?

You can change your account information by clicking on ‘login’. Enter your e-mail address and your password, and your PENDA account will be displayed. You can then update your e-mail address, name, password and shipping information. Just click on ‘edit’, and ‘update’ after you have made your changes.

04. Is my account information secure?

Yes. Your privacy is of paramount importance to us, and we will never give out your personal details. We are committed to protecting the security and privacy of your information. Please read our full Privacy policy carefully.


01. How do I know whether an item is in stock?

If a size is sold out or no longer available, the size will be crossed through or the message ‘out of stock’ will be displayed.

02. How will I know my order has been received?

An e-mail is automatically sent to you to confirm receipt of your order.

03. Does PENDA have any sales?

No. We have a ‘no-sales’ policy. We offer ready-to-wear clothing and beauty products that suits your lifestyle no matter where you are – at home or on holiday. New items arrive throughout the year and sell out when they sell out.

04. Where can I buy PENDA?

All PENDA products can be purchased online via the webshop. You can view a list of the countries that we ship to by clicking on ‘delivery’.

05. What size should I choose?

When you shop for PENDA clothing, you will see the product measurements, a size conversion chart and the model’s measurements. Simply cross-check these measurements against your own measurements to ensure that you order the correct size. All PENDA clothing is in EU sizes. The models featured on our product pages wear size 36. If the item doesn’t fit, you can always return it. Please carefully read the information about returns in our Terms and conditions.

02. How much will I have to pay in duties in taxes?

If you are based within the EU, all duties and taxes are already included in the price stated. However, customs/import duties and taxes are payable by the customer for all deliveries outside of the EU, according to the regulations of these countries. These taxes vary according to the country and the value of the shipment. Duties and taxes are charged once the goods reach the destination country. Customs clearance charges must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs clearance charges, import duties and taxes.

03. When will my payment be deducted?

You are committed once you click on ‘order’ at the end of the ordering process. The payment will be debited and cleared from your account when your order is validated. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your payment.


01. How soon will I receive my order?

Once your goods have been dispatched for delivery, you will receive a confirmation e-mail informing you that your goods are on their way. All goods are shipped within two days. This is how long we need to process the order, prepare and package the products, and draw up the invoice before we dispatch products in stock.

You can expect your package to arrive within 1 to 3 working days for Belgium, 5 days for other EU countries and up to 7 days outside of the EU. There are no Saturday deliveries.

02. What does delivery cost?

The price for delivery is calculated on the last step of checkout and will depend on the distance and the service you choose.

Returns policy

01. Can I return my products?

You can return a product within 14 days after delivery. The following return restrictions apply:


We do not accept returns on products showing any signs of use (including, but not limited to: stains, streaks, tears, odours, etc.).

Beauty products:

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, PENDA beauty products cannot be returned after they have been unsealed. As a consequence, any skincare and make-up product that has been removed from the sealed bag cannot be returned.

The customer is responsible for the costs of returning a purchased item.


01. Can I send a gift?

If you want to send a gift to someone, you can mention it at the end of the order process by: - Specifying the lucky person’s delivery address.

We believe in respecting the environment and working with nature. By sourcing as many sustainable materials as possible, we hope to enrich the environment and protect it for the future. Therefore, our packaging is made from 100% recycled plastic, (partially) biodegradable plastic, cardboard, FSC or recycled paper. Please recycle or dispose of these packaging materials appropriately.
